Riaz has been with the company for many years and has a thorough knowledge and understanding of client requirements and reporting structures. Riaz operates in a senior capacity, is qualified and has subordinates that are also able to produce high quality work. His ability to work under pressure coupled with his pleasant personality makes him an asset to any client for whom he undertakes work. The quality of work carried out by Riaz is of exemplary standards.

Keshni Maharaj is the Group Legal Manager for VM Group. She has a wealth of experience having worked as a Commercial Attorney for a large multi-national firm. Keshni handles all legal aspects for the group. She attends to the drafting and vetting of contracts. She also attends to trust registrations, drafting of wills and administration of deceased estates. She is the Head of HR and handles all employee relations. In addition, she sits on the Steering Committee for the VM Group.

Alvin has been with the company for many years and operates in a senior capacity. He carries out the work for large companies meticulously and timeously. He has the ability to maintain a relationship with clients and has a strong work ethic. He is a calm and collective individual and his skills in the field of accounting and taxation are of high standards.

Meloshini has also been with the company for many years and operates in a senior capacity. She is a certified Financial Accountant and is accredited to the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers and Accountants (ICBA).  She has the ability to maintain a relationship with clients and her strong work ethic has been highly appreciated by our clients. She is a calm and collective individual and her skills in the field of accounting and taxation are of high standards. In addition to this Meloshini is a second year SAIPA trainee 

Lynesha joined the company in 2022 as a senior accounts administrator. Due to the quality of her work, her skills and her meticulous computation of client’s work, she rapidly grew as the team leader. She continues to thrive in her position and is well respected by her clients of whom she undertakes work for as well as management. She has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in drafting financial statements and complying with all other aspects of the business. With her continued perseverance and commitment, her future with the group is bright.

Ashani has been with the company for more than a decade and has a great understanding of the work carried out by this department. Special Projects undertaken by this department are of extremely high standards and not easily attainable elsewhere. The tasks undertaken by the Special Projects Department include B-BBEE verification, Business Plans, Retail and Site Licences, Wholesale Fuel Licences, and many other special projects. This department has an exemplary track record with the Department of Minerals and Energy.

Sheevani is our Taxation Manager. She has great experience in the field of company and personal tax. Together with our Senior Taxation Manager, she ensures that all clients including the directors comply fully with the Revenue services

Farhana has been with the company for 10 years and undertakes various responsibilities for the smooth running of the business and group. Her dedication and loyalty through the front desk can never be overemphasised. Her respect in this regard has been brought to the attention of management on many occasions. She takes great pride in her work and is 100% diligent in executing her responsibility. Management views her as part of the team and her pleasant personality coupled with her innate skills bears testimony to the many compliments received by the company. These characteristics of Farhana are the reason for why management is so dependent on her.

Zameer is our newly appointed Senior Taxation Manager. His impeccable taxation experience as well as his meticulous work has been recognised by the Directors which had resulted in his well-deserved promotion to Senior Taxation manager. He works closely with Sheevani Saikoolal to ensure that all of our clients are fully compliant and that all tasks assigned to this department are met. He is also currently a second year trainee under our SAIPA programme which also adds to his level of knowledge.
